Georgia Girls State 2025 Registration Update
As of May 16, registration for the 2025 Georgia Girls State is now closed. If you have already started an application, you may still complete and submit it. No new applications will be accepted beyond this date.

Inauguration and Graduation Ceremony
The Inauguration and Graduation for Georgia Girls State will take place in *Whitehead Auditorium, located in the Fine Arts Building. Guests may park in the Oak Street Parking Deck.
• Date & Time: Ceremony begins at 8:45 AM
• Doors Open: Auditorium access begins at 8:15 AM

Arrival and Departure
​
Georgia Girls State will be held on the campus of Valdosta State University. The dorm's name is Georgia Hall. Report to Georgia Hall between 1:00 and 3:30 on Sunday, June 8, 2025. Make arrangements to depart on Friday, June 13, 2025 by 1:00 PM.

Graduation
​
Friday, June 13, 2025. Park in the Oak Street Parking Deck. The Graduation is held in the Whitehead Auditorium in the Fine Arts Building

Payment
ALA Units sponsoring girls shall make checks payable to Georgia Girls State. ($350.00) Put the American Legion Auxiliary Unit or Post number or Girl's name on the check. Send to:
