    2008 Forms Package

This file contains the following forms: letter to attendees, waiver form, the Girls State Pledge, the medical exam report, key agreement, Betty Turner Scholarship Application and instructions, the bill form and a sample bill. Each Girls State citizen must bring these forms (completely filled out and signed) to the registration desk.

All girls will be provided with a printed copy of the manual when they arrive at Girls State. But, we encourage girls to take a look at the manual to get a better idea of what to expect during the week. This will help you better prepare for your Girls State experience.
